I was born and raised in WI and moved to NC right out of college after graduating from UW-Eau Claire with a marketing degree and accounting minor. I know what it is like to relocate, and leave your support system (family and friends) at home. I didn't know anyone when I first arrived in Cary. The beautiful thing about being here is that so many people are from other parts of the country/world. I think why so many people like it here is we are not alone on holidays and special days as our neighbors and friends have become like extended family.

My husband Mark is a transplant from NY. He has worked in RTP since moving here many years ago. We have two active boys who have attended both public and private schools. With our school systems in the news on a daily basis, it is important to have an expert to help you navigate the very important school systems. Many clients tell me they have never heard of "all year round" or "magnet" schools before moving here. I can guide you through the very complex area of finding a home that also meets your needs with regard to the school system.

Having lived in both Cary and Raleigh for the last 24 years, I know the neighborhood developments and overall area well. My kids are very involved in sports: soccer, tennis, lacrosse, and swimming. I can help you navigate club teams if you are relocating from another area.

In addition to my kids being active, I am very active in the community and sports. My favorite love is tennis. When I'm not selling real estate you may find me on the courts.
