Colette began the sales process, with a comprehensive initial evaluation of the property, complete with suggestions on anything that might be addressed prior to marketing the property. This was followed by subsequent pricing, photography, listing, conventional and industry media marketing. It was a thoroughly painless process for us as sellers, seamlessly and professionally managed, and undoubtedly directly attributable to the level of experience and knowledge Colette has within the local market. Once listed, the traffic became somewhat busy, and while we were not in facing an immediate urgency to sell, found ourselves being presented with an abundance of showings and relatively strong flow of prospective offers.
