Had trouble with a few realtors in Bay Ridge who werent getting any results renting my apartment. I tried Coldwell and was lucky enough to get Colette on the job. Not only she find me well qualified renters in a short period of time, but she took care of the paperwork, keys, and turning the apartment over to my new tenant in a matter of days.
