They understood that we did not want to spend a lot of money fixing up the home, but wanted to do what was necessary to make the home pop. We believe their suggestion to upgrade the carpet was the single most important decision we could have made. Before the stagers arrived, they helped move furniture and other items to clear the way. When we discovered a last minute leak the night before the walk through, Shane came out at 8:30 at night to help with the problem. These are just a few examples of how their personal hands on approach made a huge difference in getting our home sold. We would absolutely recommend them and wouldn?t hesitate to use their services again if the need were to arise.
