Cole Allers

Cole currently lives in Mattawan, MI where he grew up and attended school. Cole started, built, and managed a successful landscape company from 2003 until 2018. During his 15 year career as a business owner he developed skills such as business management, effective marketing campaigns, employee management, and customer retention techniques. Ready for a new challenge, Cole received his real estate licence in the winter of 2016. Cole currently is managing partner of RedZone Realty - Mattawan. Cole's dedication to effectively represent his clients and keep on top of current market trends is the backbone for his success. Cole specializes in representing clients who are residential home buyers and sellers and strives to be the "Go to" guy who earns his clients referrals. Cole is an active member of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors (GKAR). Outside of work Cole enjoys spending time with his family. Cole and his family enjoy racing his sportsman race car at local circle tracks such as Kalamazoo speedway. In addition to race car driving Cole is an aviation enthusiast and enjoys piloting his personal airplane on trips across the country with his family.
