Colby Davis has been a licensed realtor in Central Kentucky since 2009. His license is held with ERA Select Real Estate, a brokerage that has been a staple in the area for many years. With a lot of persistence, hard work and the backing of a great company, Colby has been able to top the charts in the real estate realm. Year after year, Colby has been a top producing agent within the company, and is consistently recognized on both a local and national level for various accolades. In 2010, Colby was a Rookie of the Year Finalist and was a top 3 contender out of 950 agents being considered. Things got very stressful a few times and Colby stayed professional and helped keep me from over stressing during it.
