Colby Davis

Colby Davis has been a licensed realtor in Central Kentucky since 2009. His license is held with ERA Select Real Estate, a brokerage that has been a staple in the area for many years. With a lot of persistence, hard work and the backing of a great company, Colby has been able to top the charts in the real estate realm. Year after year, Colby has been a top producing agent within the company, and is consistently recognized on both a local and national level for various accolades. In 2010, Colby was a Rookie of the Year Finalist and was a top 3 contender out of 950 agents being considered. In 2014, he was a Momentum Award Finalist out of thousands within the entire ERA franchise . In addition (in 2017), he was name #14 overall in units and (in 2018) was #18 overall in units out of all of the ERA franchises. In 2019, Colby was voted Realtor of the Year among his office co-workers. Not to mention, being the top ERA agent consistently in the state of Kentucky and top 1% of LBAR (local MLS).
Colby is a Kentucky native from Harrodsburg, Kentucky. He had the privilege of meeting his wife, Brandy Davis, at ERA Select where she is also a realtor. They have been married for 9 years and now have a 5 year old son named Kingston and an one year old daughter Everly.
