ZillowVERIFIEDAfter a bad experience with a previous realtor, I made sure to ask around -- and several coworkers recommended Nina. She was AMAZING from start to finish, always super responsive no matter what hour of the day or night, and happy to answer every question I had. If I wanted to see a property ASAP, she made sure she was available. We saw at least two dozen houses before I found the perfect home. When it came to making the offer, Nina negotiated the price down, got me a home warranty included, AND got them to include the brand-new washer and dryer which originally were supposed to be kept by the owners. She was absolutely fabulous to work with, and made the complicated process of buying a home so easy and less stressful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
