Cody grew up in a real estate family. His father was a residential developer, surrounded with rental portfolios and rehabbed properties. Spending winter holidays and some of his best memories in Tampa Bay, it was an easy choice to relocate to the Sunshine state and enjoy all the benefits of Florida Living. His passions include real estate, architecture, design and local happenings such as new restaurant and things to do.

Receiving his bachelors in Business and Technology with a minor in Landscape Design allows Cody to see real estate through both an analytical and design eye.
