Cody Ellison grew up in Alpine, Utah and studied Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Utah Valley University. He became interested in Real Estate in 2015 and started working with a broker studying, analyzing and learning the real estate market. Cody's passion and focus is serving people. It has been an interesting time with Cody. He first contacted me about selling our house in January. We had just decided to try and sell it ourselves. I told him to contact us later if this avenue didn't work. And he did month after month he patiently, politely and tenaciously called. After a few months with no success (COVID-19 didn't help) he called and asked if he could help and we said yes! He was engaged with us during the entire process. He even convinced us to do some painting after I was determined to not to. And then the magic happened, we had a buyer. Cody advised us on when to give and when to stand firm. We got a very good price for our house and Cody and his team (thanks also to Shayla) did a great job.
