For the last 5 years I have been the top producing Realtor in our brokerage and have been a Sarasota Herald 5 Star Agent since 2008. With a background in marketing and sales, I am able to utilize my skills, experience, and knowledge, in helping clients sell and buy their homes. Technology is of utmost importance in today's market and I am committed to learning and applying the newest tools to best serve my clients.     Cody did an outstanding job for us from the beginning of the process until the end. He was always a phone call or text away and it didn't matter if it was the weekend or 9:30 at night. He brought us numerous homes to look at and when we found the perfect one he made the rest of the process seamless. He also has great contacts for lending, home inspection, and insurance. He is truly a one-stop-shop. Cody is extremely personable and never applied any pressure. He is like working with a friend!
