CoCo worked with us on the purchase of a distressed single family property and handled the resale after the renovation. Her in depth knowledge of the neighborhood guided us to a successful renovation and resale of the property. She was very accessible and able to provide assistance working on the direction of the renovation and communicating with the general contractor. These well rounded skills have kept her our first phone call for properties in her market.
