Our family of 7 was put in a terrible place, forced to move out of our rental of 3 years, with 30 days to find a new home. We could not find any rentals and did not think we could get pre-approved to buy. I stumbled upon Michelle and Clinton out of desperation, by responding to a random Facebook post. They contacted me immediately, put me in touch with a lender and I was pre-approved within a few hours. We were out looking at houses within a couple of days. We were massively outbid on the first two homes, but they kept the momentum going, kept us encouraged and hopeful, and within a couple of weeks we had a contract in place. Michelle stayed in close contact through the next 45 days, answering all of my random, crazy, anxious questions with patience and encouragement.
