    I specialize in residential real estate and I also have lots of experience in commercial real estate, investment properties, agricultural and hunting land and HUD/ Foreclosure homes. I have extensive training and experience in SHORT SALES, FORECLOSURES, REOs, & BPOs. I am also a CERTIFIED DISTRESSED PROPERTY EXPERT. I am a licensed Auctioneer and I offer the Real Estate Auction alternative to clients who have properties that are suitable for sale at auction. Along with these services we also provide Property Management services for investors or individuals who own rental properties and prefer not to manage the properties themselves. We have a list of past and current property management clients who will be happy to provide testimony of our service. I have helped many first time home buyers find a wonderful starter home. I also enjoy helping families sell their homes quickly for the highest price while helping them find a home that better fits their needs as a growing family. I am involved in every part of a real estate transaction from searching for the perfect home to securing financing and then to the closing and beyond. Once you are my client, I intend for you to be my client forever. I stay in contact with all of my clients whether past or present and I always welcome questions, comments or suggestions from anyone.     We put our house on the market right after Thanksgiving, with a house that we were interested in buying already in mind. Day one of being on the market with Clint, we had people coming to look at the house. The home sold in a matter of about 2 weeks, and he began helping us wade through the maze of selling one home and buying another. The builder we purchased from occasionally made things difficult during the purchase process, but Clint was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns along the way.
