I am a licensed Auctioneer and I offer the Real Estate Auction alternative to clients who have properties that are suitable for sale at auction. Along with these services we also provide Property Management services for investors or individuals who own rental properties and prefer not to manage the properties themselves. We have a list of past and current property management clients who will be happy to provide testimony of our service. I have helped many first time home buyers find a wonderful starter home. I also enjoy helping families sell their homes quickly for the highest price while helping them find a home that better fits their needs as a growing family.
