Cliff was recommended to me by a good friend in Grand Junction. Cliff helped me in the very stressful situation of selling my house. I live in another city, 5 hours from my house/rental; and found myself in the situation of having my renters break the lease, and then were being uncooperative w/ attempts to list the house and show the house to prospective buyers. Cliff was able to bring calmness to this situation, and worked directly with my tenants on my behalf. Cliff took care of my home as he would his own home. I was unable to make the trip to inspect the house for damages after the renter's moved out, Cliff did this for me. Cliff was the first person I called (frantically) after I received the $500 water bill. Cliff told me what to do, Cliff then called the realtor who showed the house earlier in the week for her assessment of the house, and when I was still frantic, he drove to my house (late Friday night) to look for the 'sink hole' or the 'swimming pool' in the basement, and then called me to assure me that everything looked good. He made the arrangements for a plumber to find/fix the water leak, and met the plumber at my house. He also kept me continually updated on comments from prospective buyers, and was very responsive w/ calling me and returning my calls promptly. I did not meet Cliff until 5 -6 months into the listing, so I did not have the benefit of a face-to-face contact w/ someone to assess their honesty and integrity. Cliff earned my trust in the first week w/ his handling of my uncooperative renter's situation. Looking back at all of this, Cliff was the one that brought all of the many pieces together, and made this real estate transaction work effortlessly!! Cliff loves his job, and is passionate about representing his clients well. I would recommend Cliff to everyone!!
