    Clayton was assigned as my Realtor when I started the buying process with Veterans United. We bought our house from out of state. Before we got into town he had done a lot of research to find houses to show us. After finding a house we liked, we continued the purchase from out of state. Clayton continued to help us through the VA house buying experience and was our local liaison when site visits were needed. I am sure we were not the only clients he was dealing with, but we never felt less than top priority. Hes definitely someone I am glad we had on our team, and now we are in our home because of his hard work.

    I can?t say enough good things about Clayton. I was very nervous about the home buying process ? especially during the uncertainties brought on by the pandemic ? and with good humor and intelligence, he worked faithfully to find me a home, where I wanted and within my budget. He really made home buying easy. He listened to my needs and found suitable homes to look at (when there weren?t many for sale). He was available, answered all my questions and showed a deep understanding of the local market. He negotiated strongly on my behalf through offer and acceptance, guided me through the inspection process and helped me navigate VA criteria. Home buying is complex and intense and Clayton brought it all together seemingly effortlessly. If you need a warm, honest human being by your side as you make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, I highly recommend Clayton.
