The entire process from our first meet and greet through the final close of our first home was such a positive, comforting, and wonderful experience. Clayton really took the time to get to know us personally beyond just our desires of our home so that he could really use his expertise to find us the perfect match. He was communicative, strategic, and a great negotiator that resulted in exactly the home we wanted for the price we deserved. Without Clayton, I'm not convinced we would have ever successfully purchased a home. His kind, caring, and empathetic approach to a very stressful and difficult home search was everything we needed. And while he knows how to connect with you as a person in a genuine way, he also knows how to win a sale. He's tenacious and determined, which is crucial in such a competitive market. He pulled so many tricks out of his zany hat to get our bids seen in numerous situationsaEUR| the lengths he went to help us buy a homeaEUR| truly the kinds of things you only hear about in stories. He did everything we could have asked for and more... I started to type out the list of how above and beyond he went for us in our home search but the list got too long so just trust me in saying, Clayton's your guy. If you want someone who will be patient and understanding about where youre at, and what youre looking for, hes your guy. If you want someone who can move lightning quick, be decisive, and make things happen nearly instantaneously that youve heard can typically take weeks if not months, hes your guy. And if you just want someone who will really connect with you and hear what you need in a home so that when you find one, its not just a good home for a good price, but the right home for you at the right price. We moved in 2 weeks ago, and while I dont want to have to go through the packing and unpacking process any time soon, if and when we ever decide to engage in the home buying process again, without hesitation we'll call Clayton.

Clayton helped us make our dreams come true during one of the toughest points in the San Diego market and at a time where our family was under immense pressure to move. Every step of the way, Clayton made us feel like his first priority. Any property we wanted to see, he immediately got us in and got to work in the background contacting the listing agent to find out exactly what we needed to do to submit a competitive offer. Even though we struck out a few times, we felt confident that we did everything we could because we knew Clayton was following up, being creative, keeping communication open with all parties and keeping us informed.
