Clay was more than helpful & professional when I contacted him to purchase a home in Butte, MT...while living 3,000 miles away. He went above and beyond to research my inquiries and provide me video walk thrus & guidance on not so great locations in town that is find online versus those locations that would meet my needs and desires...he went to every location I asked him about! I flew into Butte with only a day in a half to view homes; he spent that entire time with me while looking at 14 properties. Once I decided on a home that had all my must haves, he would do favors for me such as walk the yard for future fence measurements, coordinate with the owner to measure each room for future flooring, ensure safety measures were in place before the home inspection, and stayed on top of my mortgage company in regards to necessary paperwork as well as contacting the VA appraiser dude about his ridiculous delays. Clay was with me 140% from start to finish; he was present in the moments I could not be while closing out my home in Philadelphia! He even listened to my bourbon rants when I was stressing about the overall process with USAA. I gained a friend, although professional from A to Z, thru the purchase of my first home. Clay continues to provide me guidance with any question I throw his way (property taxes, land survey, etc) even well over a month after closing. I would recommend him to anyone that prefers a personal touch and a genuine concern/understanding of buyer intent, budget, personal preferences, and the like.
