Clay was extremely helpful in our search for a new home in Rochester MN. We are from out of town and Clay was very responsive to meeting our schedule needs for touring houses. He also knows Rochester very well and could tell us quite a bit about the neighborhoods in Rochester. We also appreciated Clay's expertise as an electrician which helped us analyze structural and cosmetic components of various houses and condos.
