But Claudio made the entire process feel effortless. He showed us around a dozen properties, and every single time, he was patient, professional, and genuinely caring. He didnt just open doors; he walked us through every detail, pointed out things most agents would miss, and gave honest, thoughtful advice. There are several things I appreciated while on the months long journey to find and buy perfect house: Claudio is very knowledgeable and observant, not just about real estate, but about houses in general. I never felt like he was pressuring me into something, more so - he always gave me his honest opinion, and we kept looking. He will point things out to you that are pros and cons. He is calm, cool and collected - which helps tremendously during the stressful buying period time. While you may think you will go crazy, he will be there to calm you down. Claudio is always on time, very honest and very patient. He is also fun and full of stories. Its been a pleasure to work with him and we are finally in the most amazing home!
