As a third generation native whos family and friends have been in the Laguna market for 95 years, I have seen some darn good realtors in town. But Clark is the go to no nonsense, no hype, market guru who has mastered the ebb and flow of value and trends in an always intense market. He was our realtor buying twice and selling twice in Laguna, and selling once in Pasadena. A few times we got second opinions and it always demonstrated we didnt need to waste our time. Clark was always closer to telling us what we would pay to but and what we would get selling than any of the flashy realtors with the slick ads. And above all he loves a real negotiation, reads the other realtor's clients better than the other realtors. He is instinctive and intuitive about what the tolerances are and the more intense it gets the more creative Clark becomes. He finds solutions that draw all parties into the deal instead of chasing them away. So, yeah, I guess you could say we trust Clark and believe he us the best in town. Since there are some pretty shady and unscrupulous realtors in town we have sent several friends to Clark and they have been forever grateful to us for the results they got.
