The ones I enjoy most are when someone’s buying and selling at the same time. There’s a lot to line up, and it can feel overwhelming at first. But when the timing clicks and we make both ends work, it’s incredibly rewarding. I recently helped a family sell their home in Plymouth while buying a new one nearby with better space for their growing kids. We timed the sale perfectly, negotiated a flexible close, and got both deals done without them ever feeling rushed or stuck. That’s the kind of work I enjoy, helping people pull off a big move with less stress.

I started out by buying a duplex and living in one unit while renting out the other. That experience taught me a lot, fast. I realized real estate could create real options in life, and I wanted to help other people get there too. What started with one investment turned into a full-time career helping buyers, sellers, and investors figure out what works best for them. I’ve been all in ever since.

My whole background is centered around communication and sales. I’ve worked in sales my entire career, led Dale Carnegie training programs, and earned a degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication with a minor in Psychology. All of that helps me understand people, keep things moving, and handle the real moments that come with buying or selling a home. It’s never just a transaction. It’s real life, and I take that seriously.
