Worked for 6 months with another realtor to purchase our home. We put in many many offers but the realtor we had first was not all that good. Decided to replace them with CJ and on day 1 of doing so, CJ & his team took us to look at 2 houses and we put an offer on the one we truly loved. To our amazement our offer was accepted on day 1 of working with CJ, in this crazy seller market it is. CJ went above & beyond!

Copied: CJs services feel less like a business transaction and more like a friend seeking to make sure that your family and money is protected. CJs communication skills are amazing and he made himself available to us at all times of the day. CJ comes to the table with a wealth of knowledge, is very honest about areas that he may not have the best answers and will provide the resources to get the answers you need. CJ commits to learning about your families wants and needs and strives to make it a reality. Buying or selling a home is a major financial and life decision, but working with CJ makes you feel comfortable and confident. I recommend that if you need someone who is patient, caring, honest and makes your needs a priority, CJ is the person for the job. This is my second time working with CJ and it was just as great as the first time, I plan to utilize him for all future realty business.

When my family and I first started shopping for a home I had little knowledge of the ins and outs of the process. CJ was always patient, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He was always available for my questions and broke things down & made the process easy to understand. We always felt like a priority, there was never a time CJ told us he couldn?t do something or couldn?t make a showing, instead of saying ?I can?t do that time? he?d say something like ?I can do XYZ time instead?, just something small that shows he understands how to make his clients feel like they are top priority. CJ took the time to understand who we were as individuals & what we wanted in a family home to raise our new baby in. Because of that HE found us a home that checked every single box on our list, literally. We did not have to compromise anything & actually got more than we set out for & we owe that to CJ. Throughout the process I realized CJ GENUINELY cares about his clients & genuinely has your best interest at heart & will fight on your behalf if need be. We?re excited to be in our beautiful first home & couldn?t have done it without CJ. 100/10 recommend.
