About Cindy Waltz

Following my heart from the midwest to the mountains I moved to Missoula in 1991. I quickly fell in love with Missoula and the Montana lifestyle. Graduating with a degree in Elementary Education from University of Montana I went on to work as an educator, nanny and small business owner before jumping into real estate. My family and I enjoy being part of the dynamic and thriving Missoula community and enthusiastically embrace all that Montana living has to offer. I'm honored to serve on the board of the Missoula Community Foundation, working for the good of Missoula forever. I also chair the Communications committee with the Missoula Organization of REALTORS®. I specialize in residential properties in and around Missoula, including the Bitterroot Valley and Flathead Lake. Whether I am working with first-time home buyers, experienced buyers or sellers, or savvy investors I strive to facilitate smooth transactions that put my clients at ease. Cindy Waltz is an amazing realtor! Last September, I purchased my home with her help and guidance, and I'm so glad I did! She is always willing to go the extra mile to get answers to all of my questions. She has an amazing knowledge of the real estate market in Missoula and beyond, and is a wonderful negotiator. Once we agreed on a purchase price, she submitted the offer, scheduled inspections, met subs at the property to get estimates on improvements that needed to be made, and renegotiated the purchase price based on those estimates. She is always helpful and has even reached out to the selling agent to get answers to question I have about the house now. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house who wants to get the best deal possible for their dollar! I used Cindy again this fall to sell my house in Missoula. Once again, she did not disappoint! She knew what needed to be done to my house to make it more attractive to potential buyers. She was able to list, sell and close on my house in 30 days time, even while the market in my area was slowing down. If you want to sell your house, use Cindy Waltz! She gets the job done!
