ZillowVERIFIEDI connected with Cindy on Sunday the 7th. We were very excited about a home in Andalusia Alabama and she was suppose to go and check it out for us. We never heard from her until Tuesday morning to let us know that there was a unaccepted offer on the home and was wondering if we would like her to go check out the home. We immediately responded yes. I also found another home in Andalusia on Zillow and messaged her again. No response. I messaged her AGAIN the evening of the same day she messaged us to check out the home and AGAIN no response. Homes are going quick in the current market and we can't afford to have realtor that doesn't respond or do what they say they are going to do. I believe we have lost out on both homes because of her lack of due diligence. Very disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIEDCindy is absolutely amazing. We are from Washington and were looking for a 2nd home in Alabama. We had everything set with an agent before we flew down to look at houses...well that all fell apart the day we arrived. We were panicked! We flew down with the goal of looking at all the houses we had found online and now we didn't have an agent. We reached out to Cindy and told her what was going on. This was early on a Thursday morning. She said well I am you're gal! Give me an hour and I will show you everything you want to see. And boy did she! We were out all day Thursday and again Friday! We looked at all the houses we liked and a few more Cindy had found for us. When we flew back to Washington Sunday we were prepared to make an offer! Cindy was great all through the search and stayed in contact throughout the whole offer and closing process! I am happy that we found exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have done it without Cindy guiding us! Even after closing Cindy has been a Rockstar! We wanted a one level home inside the city limits, with a good sized yard in a certain price range. She helped us find the perfect for us.
