I live, work, volunteer in Pelham, NH and Team SunLite is in Pelham. I have Four Dogs, Jack (Dad), Jill (Mom) and their two puppies: Joey and JJ. Crazy as it seems I love them all.

I have been selling real estate for over 27 years and have completed all types of Real Estate Transactions: Residential single family and condominiums sales, New Construction and land development, Commercial sales and leases, and have completed total rehabs for banks and have listed and sold bank owned properties. I am a very good negotiator with Buyers and Sellers and keep everyone on the same page to make the transaction as stress free as possible.
