Cindy Cheshire

I am originally from Ohio and moved to North Carolina 15 years ago. I quickly fell in love with the Pinehurst area and am excited to make it my permanent home! I have enjoyed helping clients buy and sell houses in the area since I moved here!

I have an Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design, acquired my Real Estate License and worked for a builder while in Ohio. I love remodeling homes (and have remodeled several), I have always gone into a home analyzing the best use of the space, or how to improve it.I also have a few rental properties I take care of, so I also enjoy helping clients with investment properties as well! I bring those skills into the world of Real Estate, which is a great benefit to my clients.



I was also a Personal Trainer and Manager for 10 years, which has provided me with the ability to problem solve to get the best results, the art of persuasion to acquire the needed result, and the skills to find exactly what works for each individual client.



My experience and passion for homes and helping people made choosing a career in Real Estate a no-brainer. I truly enjoy helping people find the perfect home in the area that best suits them. I love helping my clients prepare their houses to sell quickly, and for the best price. I use my skills and knowledge to make the buying and selling processes go as seamless and stress-free as possible.



I also enjoy hiking, boating, and volunteering with animals; especially special needs dogs, since I have a blind dog of my own.
