About Cindy Payne
Cindy graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1996. She received her real estate license in 2007, then went on to obtain her broker license in 2018, adding a Tennessee broker license in 2020. She serves on the Board of Directors for the state level of the Kentucky Realtors® where she is the Region 2 Director. In 2016, Cindy was President of the REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky (RASK) and is a current board member for the organization. She was named REALTOR® of the Year through RASK in 2020.

I have been on the Foster Care Review Board for Warren Co for 18 years. I have served on my church's audio/video team at Plum Springs Baptist Church for 11 years.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
My husband and I visit our condo in Gulf Shores Alabama whenever possible! We love the beach!!
