About Cindy Limback

Cindy is originally from Marquette, Michigan and moved to Alpena in 1994. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University and has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales. Cindy is a full-time Realtor® and an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) who is dedicated to providing clients with exceptional and professional service. She is continually learning and finding new ways promote her sellers' properties and help her buyer clients. Cindy supports various activities in the community. Her kids are actively involved in both hockey and baseball. "The Alpena and surrounding areas are such a great place to raise a family. I started out thinking I didn't want to use a realtor to help me sell my house because I didn't want to pay the commission realtors get. I quickly realized that I never would have been able to do it without Cindy. Her knowledge of all the things I never would have thought of or even would have known how to do made the process much better. Cindy always responded quickly and kept me well informed about things. If I ever had to sell again I would definitely have Cindy do it for me, she exceeded my expectations in a realtor and I'm so glad I decided to go with her instead of trying to sell on my own.
