Cindy did a fantastic job as our realtor! She was very responsive, answered all our questions, and always great with references. She is knowledgeable on the area as well as experienced with complex transactions, such as short sales. She very effectively works with the local inspectors. When we needed a septic and well inspection done in a short amount of time, she was able to get someone out there pronto. We always felt like she was in our corner, advocating for us and making the home-buying experience as smooth as possible. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring realtor!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience relocating from FL to ME thanks to Cindy G. We sold our home in FL and to find a new home ASAP in Maine and Cindy was there to help with sending numerous emails with listings, links to pages with lots of homes for sale, and information about different areas in Maine. She even assisted with logistics and drove 100 miles to show homes in person. Cindy coordinated our closing and I can not say enough good things about working with her!
