My Father & husband were both extremely ill, dying actually, at the time I was forced to sell my Dads house. Cindy more than stepped up & took care of everything for me. Not only did she get a quick sale on the house, but she took care of a couple of repairs for me by locating someone to do them, arranging for them to get into the house, & paying them until I could reimburse her. She brought all the paperwork to my house anytime something needed my signature. She was a blessing in my life at that time. Taking care of two terminally ill loved ones in my home was a very stressful & exhausting experience. Adding a house sale to that mix could have put me right over the edge. Knowing I could count on Cindy to handle everything was one less thing I had to concern myself with. Thank you Cindy for all you did for me during that difficult time in my life.
