Was obviously not working on my behalf... I wanted to stop the sale and she told me how upset the buyers would be. The buyers bank would not give a loan because of the condition of the fence in the backyard... perfect to stop the sale (my circumstances changed and I wanted to keep my house which I shared with Cindy)..... she had someone she knows go on my property and fix the fence without my permission and knowing I wanted to end the selling process. Unfortunately, I had moved out of the house before listing it (Cindy strongly suggested) and was not local so didnt know until after the fact that she did this. Because the buyers did nothing wrong, there was nothing I could do except report her to the NC Realtor Board. I would give her 0 stars if I could. She comes across very knowledgeable and as though shes working on your behalf... dont let her fool you.
