( In the end it came in spot on!). Right after listing, she retained a professional photographer to do some real beautiful internal/external and aerial shots which were then on the internet. (Beautiful Job Cindy!). Then came all the Inspections, Requirements etc. etc. She worked with us, guiding all the way. When the for sale sign was placed in front of the home, we (she) got calls almost immediately, and started showing a few days later. Cindy was there at every showing! She managed the communications in the negotiations and was there for every phone call and question we had (many!)As at the start, Cindy was there at the closing, and even beyond, helping us pack up to move!
