Cindi and her husband, Kyle, are simply the best people to work with! Words cannot express how much they assisted my wife and I during the buying process. We moved from out of state and had very little, if any, local knowledge. Having them both as a resource to rely on and guide us through the journey was invaluable. Their honesty when looking at properties was fantastic - they not only pointed out things that would enhance a property, but more importantly pointed out flaws and items that could potentially be costly or a problem down the road. That was so valuable to us - pure, honest feedback. And lots of patience :). We looked at many homes before finding the 'one', but once we did, they guided us through the closing process and took all of the anxiety on that end away. Excluding all of the above, they are simply wonderful, nice people that made the search process so much more enjoyable and less stressful. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Cindi and Kyle!!

Cindi is an amazing realtor and assisted us in purchasing our first ever home! She got us an amazing deal and we were able to close on the house in less than a month! Nothing gets by her, she was on top of every little detail throughout the process and maintained communication with the lenders and attorneys to ensure that everything was good to go for closing! Her passion for realty shines through her dedication and commitment to her clients. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients find what works best for them. Cindi and Kyle were so very helpful when my husband and I decided to retire in the Hendersonville, NC area. Not knowing anyone in the area, we read reviews about realtors, and after reading Cindi's reviews, I reached out to her. I liked the fact that she and Kyle were both from the area and grew up there. I needed someone with a lot of knowledge of the area since I had none. Cindi and Kyle worked together as a great team. We could reach either one of them quickly and they were always looking out for us. We were purchasing a home from out of state and Kyle sent us great videos of the house, narrating what we were seeing and what it was like. He even filmed the drive up to the house so we could get a sense of where it was located and what the neighborhood looked like. We are so glad we found Cindi and Kyle and highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. Licensed in BOTH North Carolina and South Carolina.
