I met Cindi completely by mistake. I was window shopping for houses at Zillow while I had a realtor who was aEURoelooking out for the best deal for meaEUR?.Anyhow I requested a tour in Zillow for one of her properties and we started talking on the phone more and more about what should I be looking and paying attention to when buying a house. Her advice and first time impression gave me enough trust to ask her to be our realtor. Since day one she always listened to our needs and wants. All the house she showed us and actually offers were very helpful for us to get closer to the house we were looking for. As active duty in the Marines I did not have much time but she always adapted to my schedule and was very helpful through the whole process. Herded and her assistant were keys for us to find what we needed without any stress. Even a year after selling us the house she always stayed in touch, and when we need reliable connections to take care of house projects I never hesitate to reach out to her because she works with only the best.Finally but not least, her negotiation skills are impressive. We got the house at the right price we wanted, plus the seller took care of major repairs such credit for new roof. I will always recommend Cindi even if you are just window shopping. She definitely exceeded my expectations.
