I have personally worked with a wide range of clients, from first time home buyers to experienced investors. When it comes to selling homes, I have sold multi-million dollar properties to mobile homes. Each client is different and I take special pride in walking though my clients every step of the way.
On of my recent transaction was a first time home buyer I had been working with for over a year as they prepared for their home buying experience. I walked them through the process and helped them meet with a lender who could put them on a success path to home ownership. Once we found them their perfect home, we went through the escrow process and when we closed, they were so excited to be homeowners and I was so thrilled to be the one to guide them through the process. I now consider them friends.
I started in real estate at a young age as I was always drawn to the industry. It didn't take long for me to realize what I did was very important and it was even more important I created systems that would make my clients experience and results very successful.
For some time now I have been a Certified Residential Specialist which is a certification only 1% of real estate agents nationally hold. It takes experience and extensive selling record to qualify for such a certification. I believe this certification shows my clients I am able to guide them through buying and/or selling in the most successful way possible.
