We had a great experience working with Christy Leimone in both the selling of our house and in finding our next home. She knows the local real estate market well and used her expertise to our advantage. In looking for a new home, she was great in recommending available properties which met all the criteria we were looking for. She set up timely viewings and helped us negotiate a complicated offer. She was super-efficient in scheduling inspections and contractors as needed and had several good recommendations of local handy-men who helped us get our home ready to list. As stressful as buying and selling a home can be, Christy made the experience easy and enjoyable. She is well-organized, smart, resourceful and very efficient, and on top of that she has a warm, caring demeanor which always made us feel heard, valued and appreciated. I couldnt recommend Christy more for any and all of your real estate needs!

Christy's focus, support, and dedication to our needs made us feel like we were her only clients. It wasn't until she put us in contact with one of her other clients that just closed and had moving boxes that we desperately needed that we realized how special she truly was.
