ZillowVERIFIEDWe moved to AL from GA and only had 30 days to find a house. Christy showed us all around Mobile so that we had a good idea of what each neighborhood was like. We had to make a quick second trip and she rearranged her schedule to meet with us to show us the Daphne area. Since we were in GA, she had to handle everything for us on this end. She came to the house and was present during the inspection. She advised us on everything as it came up since we had never lived in AL before and some of the customs and requirements were different from those we had encountered before. She also went to bat for us during all negotiations to make sure our interests were considered and kept us well informed along the way - which can be confusing when talking to us both together and separately over the phone. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in the Mobile area.

ZillowVERIFIEDI decided to buy a second home in Mobile. Needless to say buying a home 2500 miles away basically sight unseen can be very challenging, unless you have someone like Christy, whom I felt had as much invested as we did in buying the property. We got intensive video walk throughs of both the inside and outside of the house., She found us a very good lender in Mobile, referred us to a good home inspector, a yard maintenance guy, found us a fantastic painter for the exterior and was a wealth of information about the climate impact on the homes, which varies vastly from California. In a nutshell Christy is AWESOME. I know for a fact we wouldn't have been able to close so quickly if it wasn't for her having our backs. Not to mention the red carpet treatment she gave us once we got to Mobile, including a four hour driving tour of the different neighborhoods in Mobile, complete with history and some colorful antidotes. I highly recommend her whether you are from out of state or from Mobile. I will 100% work with her again with my next house.
