I would absolutely recommend working with Christy! She is extremely knowledgeable in pricing and is forward thinking to help you be prepared as a seller. She was two steps ahead of everything that needed to be serviced and completed to be ready as a seller. She made phone calls to make sure that we were getting the best pricing for all the services needed to be sell ready. We moved out of state and she was able to work with all the service providers from septic tank, professional cleaners, to even helping make sure that all trash removal was done with the waste company. She would go out of her way to personally come and check on the house to make sure that all things were in top condition and would communicate with me every step of the way if anything was off and where we were in the process with any buyers. She hosted several open house events to promote our home on top of promoting it digitally. At the time we sold our home in a buyers market and she was able to keep our home at a competitive price and even lowered her own commission price just to help us maintain our personal financial goal of selling the home even when the buyer buyers and their agent were offering lower than what we wanted to sell it for.
