Christopher Ries

I am a native to the great state of Michigan, I love it here and will be a resident for life. With so many great things occurring in this state on a daily basis, it's hard for me to fathom why anyone would want to leave. This is why I do what I do. Whether it's helping a first time buyer, a transitioning family or a couple looking to find their "forever" home, nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients receive the keys to their new house.

I moved to Washington Township when I was three years old and have stayed in the area for the majority of my life. I attended Romeo High School and went on to graduate from Ferris State University in 2007. This is where my career in real estate unknowingly started. After college, I began looking for a job that was "in my field", unable to find the right fit, I began working as an unlicensed assistant to a family member as well as a friend that was in the business. After a week of working for them, I was completely hooked and knew that this is what I would be doing for the rest of my life.

In late 2011, I decided to take the leap and began the process of getting licensed in the state of Michigan to sell Real Estate. In the beginning of 2012, I received my license and began working with Century 21. My first year in the business I closed over 50 transactions and received several awards including "Rookie of the Year" for Century 21. Not long after this, Brent and I decided that we were going to work together and form what is now "The Home Selling Team" at Remax First. With our determination and desire to go above and beyond for our clients, we quickly became one of the top producing teams in all of Southeastern Michigan. In early 2017, Brent and I made the decision to take our business to the next level. We decided that we needed to be with a company that not only treated its agents well, but truly put its clients first. This is why we transitioned to Real Living Kee Realty.

My goal in real estate is to provide the assistance needed for the buyer and seller to come together. I understand what is important to my clients. Buying or selling a home is a major decision; I want my clients to be satisfied with their purchase during and after the sale.
