Key to the Dream made magic out of a nightmare. We found out in late July (right before a new school year!) that our family of 6 had to move out of our rented home in 30 days. Wed planned to move at some point in the future, but went from casually browsing to immediate need. Chris Rapacioli was a godsend during this extremely stressful time: helping us find an incredible home that had everything we needed, staying in the school system we wanted. The Key to the Dream Team, with Chriss unflagging energy and good humor, was absolutely what made this possible for us. They had the ability to see potential problems coming from miles away and proactively worked to address them, guiding us through the process and sparing us so much stress. As a realtor: not only was Chris extremely well-versed in the market and knows aEURoeeverybody,aEUR? he clearly cared for us as humans, not simply as clients. Chris puts himself in the shoes of the buyer, and acts accordingly. He even installed extra smoke detectors because he didnt think the approved number was actually sufficient and what he would want for his own family. Chris is AMAZING. He is with you every step of the way and makes you feel like you're his only client. We bought our first house with him in 2016, and when we were ready to sell in 2021/2022, we called him up and it was like no time had passed. Chris is one of the most dedicated and professional people I've ever met, both in and out of the real estate world. My husband and I have bought both our homes from him and he sold our first house while we were buying our second. It's not hyperbole to say that he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. As his client, he was always working to make sure we felt comfortable and optimistic and whenever I was freaking out about any of the items on my to do list or just the sheer effort of selling and buying a house during a pandemic with a 2 year old and 2 dogs, he could always talk me off the ledge. He always made us feel that he had a handle on the situation and his advice never steered us wrong. This is just one small example of what he's done for us, but when we did our final walkthrough of our new home we found a bunch of stuff left behind that was meant to be gone. Rather than delay the signing and leave us without a place to stay, or try to get the out-of-state sellers to find a way to move things out, he organized getting everything out via Facebook marketplace and within 24 hours, all the stuff was gone without us having to lift a finger. That's the kind of dedication he gives his clients. Top words to describe Chris: patient, friendly, sharp, and transparent.

There are not enough adjectives to fairly describe Chris. Knowledgeable, responsive, willing to deal with every curveball with a laugh, and above all trustworthy. I have just closed on a sale listed by Chris and am wrapping up a purchase, and I trust Chris implicitly on every move we make (and I'm a tough cookie to win over!). As a first time home buyer Chris was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I were in a time crunch in buying a home and Chris made it happen in only a couple months. He was 110% devoted to making this happen for us. On top of it he is completely honest and will tell you like it is. If he saw something wrong with any houses we looked at he would let us know, he didn't sugar coat anything and that is exactly what we needed. He would rather take a loss on a sale than have us get into something that would have possibly become a money pit in our future. He was always available for us and he would always always get back to us right away if we needed to discuss anything with him. He went above and beyond for us, and even at the end when there became an issue at closing with something on the sellers end Chris not only remained 100% optimistic, he jumped through hoops for us and made it happen. If you want someone who is honest, caring for what YOU need, attentive, extremely nice and who has a passion for what they do then I highly recommend Chris as your real estate agent.
