GETTING TO KNOW CHRIS PERROTTI, Real Estate Professional Before entering real estate sales and rentals, Christopher Perrotti achieved the highest level of respect from his peers and is an accomplished senior manager in the Hospitality, Special Events, and consumer industry in the northeast and has received numerous awards and designations. His early career was spent in developing and growing the Newport Yachting Center in Newport's downtown historic residential district. He later served as a senior manager in several different companies using what he had learned about customer service, the importance of working with the local community, and just pure hard work to help these companies grow and become prosperous. Chris has always put his family first and he is passionate about the time he spends with them. However, just as important, Chris has learned that he loves working with and for people and has been known to go above and beyond to make customers happy. Chris knows you have probably heard this a million times over the past few years, but the market is coming back slow and easy, which makes buying and selling a positive experience for all. For my first 7 years, I worked part-time but in 2020 because of the Covid epidemic and the need to care for my autistic son as his program shut down, I made real Estate my full-time career. In two years I have done over 6 million in sales working with seasoned buyers and sellers, but specializing in helping first-time buyers and sellers.
