Upon becoming licensed to sell real estate in 2002 I became a licensed assistant to 2 of the top producing Realtors in my market. Over the years the 2 mentors became partners and we have since been lucky enough to rank "Team Ron & Dan" among the Top 25 Remax Agents within the Delaware region. Our achievements were further recognized by Philadelphia Magazine in 2013 selecting us a one of the Five Star Professional Award Members. I take great pride in what we have accomplished and that is exercised in every relationship formed. As a trained Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) it my goal to assist home owners alleviate the pressure of potential foreclosure and help them explore the many options they may have, but usually are not aware of. I have a vast knowledge of the foreclosure/REO industry and have worked among some of the top producing default industry agents. Currently, I'm a proud member of the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), REOMAC member, as well as a REOBroker.com member.
