I liked Miles as a person, but was really disappointed in the whole experience. I told him when we could show the house, because of our dogs, and he would still call and ask to show it at the times I couldn't. First of all, I didn't feel like he called me as soon as he heard something. It was like, I would have to call him to find out what was going on. The biggest thing that was really bad, the buyer before this last one, put down earnest money. On the paper work it said she put down $5000.00, but she actually only put down $2500.00. So. I lost $2500.00 and that was Miles and the other realtors fault. Can you do anything about that?? Both of the realitors got their full commission. Thanks
