Solid experience with their team. We sold a home in West Austin when the interest rate was over 6%. Chris and Kristi had a phenomenal photography and videography done for the house, staged furniture, and generally helped us to get the place ready to show. Online presence was good and they held at least five open houses with their associate. Ultimately one of the open houses led to the sale. We got a fair price for the house but did have to back off the initial price due to the interest rates. We were happy to have realistic advice on what to expect. They were really good at communications and reading the market once the house went up for sale. The number of metrics they collect on website hits and visitors to the open houses helped drive the decisions on price adjustments. If you are looking for someone who can bring a marketing machine and a realistic view of getting your place sold, look no further. We were on the market about 45 days, give or take. Happy to have the place sold and happy with Chris and Kristi's service.
