Buying a home can be a stressful process, especially when inventory is low. Tulio, on the other hand made the process almost effortless for us. Unlike other realtors we worked with, he took the time to understand what we wanted within a home (from utilities to sq footage, location, number of rooms, etc.). Using the information we provided him with, he narrowed down our options to ensure time was not wasted and all our must haves were checked of; as a result we were almost always the first buyer to get a first glimpse at a house. Due to his effort we were able to quickly close on a house that appraised for $44,000 more than what we offered. Any other realtor would have swayed us from buying a foreclosed home, but Tulios knowledge and experience in the real estate/investing business helped us find not only our forever home, but also the best possible deal! More than a realtor, he became our friend who always looked out for our best interest.
