I have been working with Chris for the last couple months and can now happily say I am the proud owner of a condo I love. It goes without saying that Chris's help was instrumental in finding the right location - as a first time home buyer I went in relatively uninformed and relied on Chris to help guide me through various parts of the process. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my new home and owe that in large part to Chris's efforts. One thing in particular I want to highlight, and the reason I ended up working with Chris to begin with, is because he doesn't sugar coat anything. One of the reasons I felt uneasy going in to the home buying process was that I was very wary of agents or sellers looking to leverage my lack of experience to secure a better deal somehow at my expense, whether that be paying the wrong price or ending up in a home that was misrepresented in some way. And I did get that feeling from a number of realtors I worked with before I met Chris. Chris, however, was straightforward and honest - he wasn't glossing over the less attractive qualities or infrastructural concerns of a property just to get to close. I passed on a number of properties largely due to concerns Chris had that he relayed to me, and I'm glad I did. I could go on but suffice it to say I couldn't be happier with my new home and I would whole-heartedly recommend Chris to any of my friends or family looking to buy a home.

Throughout the process Chris was patient, available, and highly knowledgeable. Chris really respected our budget, understood our vision, and always had our best interests at heart.
