I'm Christopher Germain, your key to Real Estate in Delta County, MI. I have been a REALTOR® since 2004. Since then I have taken a very active role in the Real Estate community. I am a member of the National, Michigan, and Upper Peninsula Association of REALTORS®. I serve as a Director on the Delta County MLS Committee and am Past President of the Upper Peninsula REALTORS®. I am also proud to be one of fourteen REALTORS® selected to be part of the inaugural class of the Michigan REALTORS® Leadership Academy. In 2007, I received the ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. In the same year, I also completed Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals. I continue to be dedicated to my education by taking several classes per year ranging from marketing, law, real estate updates, and more. Growing up, it was instilled on us that we always give back what we can. With that being said, I am deeply involved in my community. I serve as the Captain of the Ford River Volunteer Fire Department, County Fire Training Coordinator for Delta County, President of the Delta County Jaycees, and Master of Delta Lodge 195 or F&AM.
