If you ever need a realtor for Northwest Indiana call stefen Hutchens absolute Realty Solutions. I needed to downsize from my 2400 square foot home. The First condo he showed me was 914 sqft! That was downsizing too much. We then started looking at larger condos, ranch-style houses, and duplexes. Stefan never gave up and never lost his patience with me while I like this but I don't like this comment. We did find my forever home in Valpo. I am quite happy here. Stefan also listed my house in Whiting and got a buyer offer above listing immediately. I have been extremely satisfied with Stefan through the months. And not only is he a professional knowledgeable realtor he's also a great friend.
