If you ever need a realtor for Northwest Indiana call stefen Hutchens absolute Realty Solutions. I needed to downsize from my 2400 square foot home. The First condo he showed me was 914 sqft! That was downsizing too much. We then started looking at larger condos, ranch-style houses, and duplexes. Stefan never gave up and never lost his patience with me while I like this but I don't like this comment. We did find my forever home in Valpo. I am quite happy here. Stefan also listed my house in Whiting and got a buyer offer above listing immediately. I have been extremely satisfied with Stefan through the months. And not only is he a professional knowledgeable realtor he's also a great friend.

Miguel was amazing from the moment we met him. He is so patient and knowledgeable and really works to get you the house of your dreams. We looked at probably 20 or more houses before we found the right one and he also handled the sale of my moms house. He walked her step by step through the whole process. He made himself available anytime we needed and found her a buyer for her house way faster than we ever imagined. I can't say enough about Miguel honestly. During this process he became more like a friend than a realtor and I would suggest his services to anyone searching for the perfect realtor.

Miguel was so patient and amazing with helping my girlfriend and I find the home of our dreams for our little family. Our kids love it and we are still in awe that we have a nice big home for a great price!!
