The List Realty was a fantastic fit for selling my home in the Kentlands. I was out of state, and Meredith, Chris, and their team worked with me and numerous contractors to help get all the prep work done to get my house ready to list. All of the team was very responsive and put in a lot of work done as quickly as possible. Meredith also kept me regularly informed on foot traffic, comments from potential buyers and their agents, as well as engagement on various internet-base sites relating to my home. I was entirely pleased with the work that they did for me, and they made me feel like I was their only client, though I knew they had many active listings. I highly recommend them.
