Since I live out of the country, I was skeptical I could find + secure a home from abroad. But Chris made it easy by providing ample listings that fit my wish list, as well as countless in-person visits on my behalf. After about a week of daily check-ins I made an offer on my favorite place, was accepted a few days later following Chris' negotiations, and further received various credits from the seller for small issues found during the home inspection phase. In addition to the home search itself, Chris introduced me to my lender as well as my new property management partner, who will rent the home while I'm away.
