I had reached out to one of my friends who is in Realty and they referred me to Christopher. We jumped on a call right away and I told him when we were looking to buy just a few months down the road and, how much we wanted to spend and he had us look online at houses that we were potentially wanting before we pulled the trigger and started the pre approval process. Once we had the pre approval there was no time wasted in trying to find what we liked and what we wanted to see. Christopher went to every listing we wanted to see and explained the good, the bad, and the ugly in each property; which we really appreciated since we were purchasing a home over videos. We finally found a property that was for us and Christopher was there every step of the way, explaining the process to us (first time home buyers) and we ended up closing on the house we wanted! Thanks to Christopher and his team for being readily available and making the process so smooth.
